Our foam can be used in any suitable environment, although a spacious outdoor grass area is ideal. We recommend practical event clothing and an extra check for delicate fabrics, specialised surfaces, new landscaping or areas with unusual drainage. Light rain does not always rule out an outdoor event, but student comfort, access and site safety come first. We will monitor the forecast with your organiser and discuss the available options if the conditions are not suitable. Any postponement or cancellation terms will be included with the quote.

We assess the conditions for each site and event. Hydration, wind direction, nearby buildings and safe equipment operation all matter. We may adjust the position, timing or rotations, and we will not operate if the conditions fall outside the agreed safe plan.
