School Fairs & Fetes
A hosted bubble zone gives children a lively place to play while planned sessions or rotations help the activity move smoothly throughout the event.

Hosted foam parties for schools and OSHC
Stay & Play brings the equipment, hosts the activity and packs it away. You get an energetic, well-organised foam party shaped around your students, timetable and site.

More than a foam cannon
A great school event should not add another complicated job to your list. We arrive with the equipment, prepare the bubble zone, brief the group, host the activity and pack down when it's finished.
A clear plan from start to finish
Our team unloads the equipment, prepares the foam zone and gets the music and activity area ready before the session begins.

We confirm access, surfaces, water, power and participant boundaries with your organiser before students enter the activity area.

Students receive clear instructions about the activity, safe movement and what to expect before the foam starts.

Music, anticipation and the first burst of foam give everyone a clear, exciting start to the session.

We host the music, games and group rotations, adapting the pace to the ages, attendance and event schedule.

When the session finishes, we remove the equipment and confirm any final site details with your organiser.

We can provide the current safety, insurance and venue information your school needs to review the activity and plan the day.
Meet Chris and Cam
We created Stay & Play to give children a genuinely exciting event while making the day simpler for the adults organising it. We bring the energy, equipment and structure. Your team can keep its attention on the students and the wider event.
From the first site questions to the final pack-down, you will know what is happening, what the venue needs and who is running the activity. It is a personal, hands-on service from people who care about getting the practical details right.

From the Gold Coast to Bundaberg, and west past Toowoomba to Roma - chances are we’ve already played your patch.
The practical questions
Clear answers to help with planning, internal approval and running the day.
Still working out the details? Tell us what you know so far. We will help shape the setup around your students, timetable and site.
Check AvailabilityWe plan the session around your student numbers, ages, venue and timetable. On the day, our team brings the equipment, prepares the foam zone, briefs the group and hosts the activity. We then pack down, so your staff can focus on students and the rest of the event.
The space depends on the number of students, the session format and the surface available. A clear outdoor area with room for defined participant boundaries is usually best. Send us the venue details and, if helpful, a few photos. We will recommend a practical layout.
Most events need suitable vehicle access, a nearby standard water connection, access to power and a clear activity area. We will confirm the exact requirements for your setup before the event, so there are no surprises on the day.
The right surface depends on its condition, drainage, access and how students will move through the area. Share your proposed location with us and we will review the practical setup before the event is confirmed.
We plan the arrival time around the setup, site access and your schedule. Your event details will include an agreed arrival time, giving us enough time to unload, set up and check the activity area before students enter.
The foam solution is diluted with water and aerated through purpose-built equipment. You can download the current Safety Data Sheet and product information from the documents section so the exact formulation and supplier guidance can be reviewed before booking.
The foam is completely non-toxic and we use it in line with the supplier’s current instructions. Students receive a clear briefing before the activity, and you can download the current product information from the documents section.
Yes. Our operators hold the checks required for school and child-focused events. You can download the relevant confirmation from the documents section as part of your school’s approval process.
Yes. You can download our current certificate of currency from the documents section. The certificate includes the current cover details and expiry date for your school to review before the booking is finalised.
Our foam can be used in any suitable environment, although a spacious outdoor grass area is ideal. We recommend practical event clothing and an extra check for delicate fabrics, specialised surfaces, new landscaping or areas with unusual drainage. Current supplier guidance is available in the documents section.
We can shape the session for primary students, secondary groups, mixed-age school communities and OSHC programs. The briefing, music, activities and rotations are adjusted to suit the ages taking part.
When ages vary, we can separate students into timed groups and adjust the instructions, activities and pace for each session. We will plan the most practical format with your organiser before the event.
We can support events of any size with three active foam cannons and managed group rotations. Tell us the expected attendance, ages, available space and session length, and we will recommend the equipment, staffing and rotation plan for your event.
Yes. Rotations can help larger groups, different year levels and events with limited activity space move through the foam zone in a clear and organised way. We can work with your timetable to recommend group sizes and session lengths.
The hosted experience can include music, countdowns, games and guided activities. We tailor the format to the age group, purpose of the event and time available, so it feels like a complete activity rather than equipment hire.
Light rain does not always rule out an outdoor event, but student comfort, access and site safety come first. We will monitor the forecast with your organiser and discuss the available options if the conditions are not suitable. Any postponement or cancellation terms will be included with the quote.
We assess the conditions for each site and event. Hydration, wind direction, nearby buildings and safe equipment operation all matter. We may adjust the position, timing or rotations, and we will not operate if the conditions fall outside the agreed safe plan.
The timing varies with the amount of foam, weather, surface and drainage. We will explain what to expect for your venue and confirm any site or cleanup considerations before the event.
Stay & Play is based in Brisbane and travels to school, OSHC and community events across Queensland. Availability and travel costs depend on the location, date and event size. Add your suburb or postcode to the enquiry and we will confirm what is practical.
We consider student numbers, ages, session length, venue layout, travel, equipment, staffing and any special foam requirements. You do not need to choose a package first. Tell us about the event and we will recommend a suitable setup with a clear quote.
